The grand reception took place at the Purkaji border in Muzaffarnagar, located at the Uttar Pradesh–Uttarakhand boundary.

He lauded the Kanwar Yatra as a “magnificent representation of our Sanatan tradition,” reflecting the deep-rooted faith and cultural unity of the region.

He emphasized that under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the state government is fully committed to ensuring the safety, comfort, and service of all pilgrims.
